The Study Abroad Themed Exploration is an opportunity for students to study a range of topics within an international context. Through an approved semester-long study abroad program (as determined by the Springfield College International Center office staff), students will study the people, culture, and land of an internatonal location during their semester abroad. Students will critically reflect on their own global and leadership experiences abroad. This Themed Exploration is defined by its emphasis on student’s study abroad experience. As such, completion of the study abroad experience will reflect completion of this Themed Exploration with 9 credits of the corresponding courseswork transcribed as follows: SABR 162 - Study Abroad TE Core Curr Req V. Writing Across the Curriculum (6 credit minimum*)
